The assessment criteria are set out below: <\/p><p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"914\"><strong>Service<\/strong><br>This criterion assesses the level of service provided by the supplier before, during and after the supply or provision of the service. Among other aspects, it examines the supplier\u2019s responsiveness and attention to customer needs, their willingness to deal with incidents, the technical support provided, their handling of unforeseen events, and their effectiveness in resolving complaints, rejections and returns.<br> <\/p><p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"914\"><strong>Price<\/strong><br>This criterion assesses the competitiveness of the supplier\u2019s financial offer, taking into account the commercial terms applied, their performance in previous contracts and, where applicable, any discounts or other financial incentives offered.<\/p><p data-start=\"901\" data-end=\"914\"><strong>Product and\/or service quality<\/strong><br>This criterion assesses the extent to which the products or services supplied comply with the requirements and specifications set by BALLIU EXPORT, S.A.
