Supplier Evaluation
An annual assessment of all suppliers will be carried out in order to verify their ability to meet the requirements set by BALLIU EXPORT, S.A. and to ensure an adequate level of quality, service and competitiveness. The assessment criteria are set out below:
Service
This criterion assesses the level of service provided by the supplier before, during and after the supply or provision of the service. Among other aspects, it examines the supplier’s responsiveness and attention to customer needs, their willingness to deal with incidents, the technical support provided, their handling of unforeseen events, and their effectiveness in resolving complaints, rejections and returns.
Price
This criterion assesses the competitiveness of the supplier’s financial offer, taking into account the commercial terms applied, their performance in previous contracts and, where applicable, any discounts or other financial incentives offered.
Product and/or service quality
This criterion assesses the extent to which the products or services supplied comply with the requirements and specifications set by BALLIU EXPORT, S.A. It evaluates whether the supply or service meets the agreed conditions, as well as the occurrence of any incidents, returns, rejections or any other deviations detected.
